OK Im officially using my blog to burn

lol.

alright u all know the restaurant T.G.I.F

better know as Thank God Its Fridays

those sweet motherfuckers have been holding my check for 2months d.

I've tried to call. tried to be nice.

but i guess some ppl jz cant handle nice eh?

so, what Im gonna do now is tell u all the hooks and crooks of fridays

Im referring to the one in 1 Utama shopping mall.

ok 1st of.
cleanliness
woot. that place aint exactly the role model of it
they may look clean but here's how it is
The cups U use. whn u order Ice leamon tea, sprite, coke
arent exactly washed..they jz pour hot water over it.
the best part is that they use a dishwasher(machine).
bt nvm that. they wash the plates along with it
so the glasses get oily and if u see it at the counter b4 the drinks are put in it
Its all foggy and oily.
what we do whn we serve it to u is....put ice in to it and make ur drink. then if its wet we take a tissue or cloth to wip it so u wont know its oily. and whn the drink is in ur cup. u cant tell its all foggy and dirty.
also. there this really huge rat in friday's kitchen.
if u dont believe me. ask any waiter who works thr. they'll tell u
there was once a guest saw it running from the area whr we make ur coke,sprite and ice leamon tea to the place whr Friday's famous Malt cake is served. right in to the kitchen. so yeah dining with rats?

Forks spoons and knives
hohohoho here's the best part. u see after the dishwashing ppl wash the forks, knives and what not..there'll b a waiter who will wipe them dry. U c we're told to pour hot water in a small tupperware and then squeeze 3 lemons in to the hot water and then soak the forks spoons and knives in to the hot water.then we take em out and wipe them.

sounds real hygienic eh? but here's the part u dont know
whn ur done eating and we clear the table.

we take it to the kitchen where there'll b a big rectangular bucket full of soap water whr we dump the forks spoons and knives in. then whn it starts to get full the dishwasher(person) will empty the water out of the bucket and dump the forks all on another tray.

he'll then put it thru the dishwasher(machine) which will rinse it with hot water.Then the waiter will take it and do the whole leamon and hot water bit.

u ask y do we soak the forks and all in the hot water wit squeeze lemon

its simple.

whn we soak it with the hot water. it takes of the smell of the food and its replaced with the lemon fragrance. so u wudnt know that the forks and such was just rinsed thru with hot water. =) clever eh?

so yeah dats if it isnt that busy during that time. if its jam packed usually the dishwasher(person) will just skip putting it thru the dishwasher(machine) and just rinse it and dump it on the tray and we'll skip the hot water/lemon and just wipe it with a cloth. =)

Food
If u ever still want to eat there...please dont make the mistake of asking this

" so what's good to eat here?"

U've just gave ur waiter the chance to push to u any food that hasnt been sellin to good for the past week.

so basically ur getting stale food.

for the price ur paying? I'd understand stale food at a mamak. but at a semi-fine dining restaurant? lol

everyday at 6pm the waiter's will have a staff meeting that's whn the managers or the Shift Leader will tell us wats not been selling and if its stays in the freezer any longer it'll rot. so we'll make it an effort to push it to the customers.

so whn we say
"U shud really try the ribs is the best in town. I personally like it"

or

"We recommend the steak as its our house specialty"
lol. good luck.

so whn u ask "what's good here?" we'll have a list of food to push out to u guys

I know most of u guys dont mind eating with rats, dirty cups,forks,knives and spoons and eating stale food. cz it happens in all restaurants.

well but if I told u..the same place where the kitchen staff prepare the raw ingredients, store the food and the ice machine is right next to the place where we dump our big bag of rubbish...

I bet it jz would'nt matter to u to eh?

ah well I tried but dont say I dint warn U...
