Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department Datuk Seri Dr Zahid Hamidi concured with the proposal by Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad that Muslim countries boycott US-made goods in protest against the attacks on Palestinians. [The Star, 5/1/09]

but seriously.....boycotting the US has got to be one the dumbest idea I've heard....

so ok fine...boycott US products...

send ALL our airplanes back to the US and cease anymore purchase of commercial aircraft...

cz almost 90% of MAS, AirAsia etc.etc are Boeing...and Boeing...is an American company....

ask Mc.Donald's, Pizza Hut, KFC, and other American food chain outlets...to pull out of Malaysia...

on top of that get rid of all American cigs....lol 

kick out all US brands....

chances are....

u'll see the unemployment rate soar to the sky....

riots all over the place....

social instability..

our economy plummel further in to recession..

and really....all for the sake of the people in another country
